How Icon Delivered For Our Client:

- D&C leadership: Early planning, disciplined sequencing and commercial rigour across design and delivery.

- Complex logistics: The site had single-point access and two protected stone pine trees that constrained loading and tower crane zones. Careful staging, on-time deliveries and tight interface management kept the build moving safely & efficiently.

- Customisation at scale: Nearly every apartment carried purchaser changes or upgrades. Clear trade briefings, variation workflows and check-holds ensured individual selections were installed correctly and verified before close-out.

- Global sourcing: Select packages (e.g. sanitary fixtures, condenser covers, planter boxes) were direct-sourced via trusted global partners to de-risk lead times and maintain budget discipline while holding quality standards.

- Digital Management: Services coordination and clash detection were run in BIM, enabling faster decisions and fewer site surprises.

“On behalf of Hamton and the broader project team, I would like to acknowledge and thank Icon for your commitment and professionalism throughout the delivery of the project. The successful completion of this complex project is a significant achievement and reflects the collective effort, collaboration and high standards maintained by your team. We look forward to welcoming the residents begin to occupy the building in the coming weeks.” - Brad Yudelman, Hamton
