Emmy Monash Aged Care

Icon’s aged care property developers were enlisted by Emmy Monash Aged Care – an award-winning, not-for-profit aged care provider – to combine two existing sites that are targeted at uniting the Jewish communities of Melbourne with dedicated care buildings at the existing Emmy Monash Facility, connected to 4 levels of independent living units.

Azure Blue Integrated Living Project, Carina

When considering new, higher-end aged care developments, the Azure Blue Carina offers both a care precinct paired with grand retirement living. Prestons Lodge Aged Care

Icon’s retirement home property developers partnered with Advantaged Care to develop a new solution to the increasing need for aged care developments in Southwest Sydney. Prestons Lodge now offers dedicated care buildings with over 130 beds and two specialist care wings for those suffering from dementia.
