Icon is managing this design and construction contract for Northwest Health. RDX Lumina is a cutting-edge facility, set to deliver a state-of-the-art, health and research-focused environment, offering approximately 12,000 square meters of leasable space (with an estimated GFA of 14,854 square meters) across nine levels. The facility includes three basement carpark levels and a proposed link bridge to the Gold Coast Private Hospital.

RDX Lumina is designed to a 6 Star Green Star Rating and accommodates both partial and whole-floor uses, with tenancy sizes ranging from 65 square meters to 1,850 square meters. This innovative research and development facility is tailored to support health science, medical research, digital health, and advanced technology-assisted health services. Furthermore, the building is equipped to offer high-quality solutions for specialist medical consulting suites and collaborative spaces, reinforcing its position as a hub for healthcare innovation.
