The project involved the design and construction management for this 36-level mixed-use residential-led, luxury residences and holiday apartments. This comprehensive project encompasses a diverse range of elements, including a ground-floor retail and restaurant area, seven levels of car parking from Basement-4 to Level-3, and communal facilities on Level-4. Moreover, it features a total of 245 apartments, spanning from Level-5 to Level-35, with essential roof plant equipment located on Level-36.

Situated on the beautiful Gold Coast, Signature at Broadbeach stands out as an epitome of sophistication and innovative design. The development boasts a premium selection of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites, accompanied by a remarkable array of resort amenities. These amenities encompass lounge and dining areas, a well-equipped gym, a relaxing sauna, rejuvenating spa facilities, and a distinctive 50-meter infinity-edge pool, marking the first of its kind in Broadbeach.
