Located on a greenfield site within the operational precinct of the University of Canberra’s Bruce Campus, this facility delivers general practice and specialist medical services, medical support services and health training facilities. The facility includes GP services including health services for University students and staff such as pharmacy services, pathology services, radiology services and clinical psychology/allied health practitioners. The new building has four levels with a GFA of 1200m². It also has an adjacent car park for 100 vehicles. OCHRE occupies two floors and the University health clinics occupy one floor. Commercial medical businesses lease the fourth floor. In addition to the award for the base building construction, Icon was awarded the fitout component of another floor.
