Icon is proud to deliver this project on behalf of our repeat client, UnitingCare. The Wesley Hospital is a prominent healthcare institution known for delivering top-quality health care services to its patients. To ensure a well-structured and efficient project execution, Icon have divided the delivery into three distinct stages, each representing a Separable Portion (SP). These stages involve: • SP1: Delivering a new CSSD, reconfiguring the operating theatre support spaces for four displaced patient hold bays, installing plant rooms, and provide temporary power solution ensuring seamless operations. • SP2: Transformation of the existing CSSD into sterile storage and support areas, optimising the hospital's functionality. • SP3a and SP3b: Upgrading existing theatres services area, to full AS4187 compliance, including all services and new AHU and ductwork systems with dehumidification capabilities.
