The Drapery project consisted of the design and construct of 168 one and two bedroom units in a single tower located over the top of an above ground carpark on a site which housed an office block.

The completed project features a cinema, gym, dining room, rooftop pool and retail tenancies. The structure has an elaborate cantilevered and curved facade for which an intrinsic scaffolding system was developed.
