The Turbine Engineering Maintenance Facility project was a re-purposing of a vacant Masters store and included the construction of a new office facility that consolidated and modernised TAE’s existing workshops that are located at Amberley.

The building facilitates the current and future Defence maintenance contracts for both air and land vehicle turbine engines. The site has significant historical mine workings which were resolved in the design and planning.
