Located in east end of the Fremantle city centre, Little Lane Apartments comprises a mix of 71 apartments over seven stories.
The ground floor comprises commercial tenancies and forms part of a larger, local government led, urban revitalization strategy for this part of the city centre. Apartment and commercial carparking is located at basement, ground and first floor level.
Commercial spaces are designed to suit a variety of uses and flexibility of tenancy size they can adapt, allowing for small business to develop in the early stage of the mall’s reinvention, with the potential to provide larger spaces as different economic opportunities develop into the future.
Icon are currently engaged in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract, working closely with the client and consultants, focusing on assisting the project team in value engineering the design and specifications to ensure that the optimum outcomes are delivered with regard to the project design objectives, construction cost and life cycle estimates.
