Built to cater for the growing demand for aged care facilities within South Western Sydney, the completion of Prestons Lodge provides a RACF facility featuring two specialist dementia care wings. The project for Advantaged Care involved the designated construction of a 132 bed aged care facility. The total floor area is 7600m².The residential nature of the location meant that a tactical approach to site parking and traffic management was undertaken with both the client and local residents of the area, along with on-going consultation regarding noise, dust and vibration.
