Design and construction of two student accommodation towers and retail arcade. The Project is a purpose built student accommodation facility owned by the Principal under the Contract and operated by Student One. The two towers will provide a yield of 901 student beds, with communal facilities accommodating half a storey of the podium plus the top of the tower allowing for outdoor entertaining areas. Additional communal lounge/study/breakout spaces will also be on the accommodation floors along with accessible requirements. The retail arcade covers the ground floor creating a new retail laneway connecting Charlotte and Elizabeth Streets over one storey.
