The first of the new multi-level buildings in the redevelopment of Baptcare Templestowe Orchards.The Orchards Templestowe residential aged care facility included 150 bedrooms and shared living and dining areas linked by a winter garden walkway. The four level building includes activities areas for residents, reception, office and staff facilities, commercial kitchen; basement car parking, chapel, internal courtyard and feature marble nurse-stations. The retirement community remained operational during the entire redevelopment of the site.
