November 6, 2025
Icon has been appointed by Australian Development Capital (ADC) to deliver Mos Lane, a landmark $140 million mixed-use development in Mosman Park. Following a highly collaborative ECI phase, the project will transform a 5,215 sqm site into a vibrant residential and retail precinct that celebrates design, community and connection.
Collaboration and shared vision have defined the journey to Icon’s appointment on the landmark $140million Mos Lane development in Mosman Park, Western Australia.
Following a highly collaborative Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, Icon has been formally appointed by Australian Development Capital (ADC) to deliver the five-storey mixed-use development, which will redefine the local coastal precinct with its blend of contemporary design and community-focused spaces.
“At a time when Western Australia’s construction market remains challenging, we’re proud of the strong partnership we’ve built with Icon through the Early Contractor Involvement process,” said ADC. Their proactive approach and shared commitment to quality have been instrumental in bringing Mos Lane to life. We look forward to continuing our collaborative work with Icon to deliver a development that reflects the high standard we set for every ADC project.”
Spanning a 5,215 sqm site, Mos Lane will comprise two architecturally distinct towers featuring 68 high-quality residences — including apartments, townhouses and penthouses — set above a vibrant ground-floor village precinct. The development also includes a two-level basement providing secure resident and visitor parking.
At street level, ‘Mos Lane Village’ will bring a curated mix of dining, retail and a boutique grocer to Mosman Park, creating a lively and connected destination for locals and visitors alike.
“Mos Lane is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through genuine collaboration,” said Andrew Owens, Icon WA General Manager.
“From the outset, ADC approached the project with clarity and partnership in mind, and our teams worked side-by-side through the ECI to align design, cost and delivery objectives. We’re thrilled to now move into the construction phase together and bring this exciting project to life.”
The project is being delivered under a Construction Management Agreement (CMA), following the successful completion of early works that included 560 retention piles and capping beams. Bulk earthworks are now underway. Project Manager Mitch Suckling leads the delivery, supported by the Icon WA team and a number of repeat trusted partners and subcontractors.
As the Mos Lane project takes shape, Icon looks forward to continuing its partnership with Australian Development Capital, who have further developments in the pipeline.
