Building stronger together: Icon and NZCA formalise strategic partnership

Icon is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the NZ Construction Alliance Ltd (NZCA) - an alliance of eight owner-operated regional construction businesses, each a recognised leader in their market.
The partnership brings together Icon’s capability in large-scale, complex projects with NZCA’s regional strength and local networks, giving clients a genuinely competitive option for major construction programmes across New Zealand, while ensuring more of the economic value created remains within the communities where projects are delivered.
Collectively, NZCA partners employ more than 1,000 construction professionals across Aotearoa, with deep local knowledge, established supply chains and a genuine commitment to the communities they build in.
As Icon approaches its tenth year in New Zealand, the partnership represents an important step in the company’s long-term commitment to the market and its ability to support clients throughout the country through trusted local partnerships.
