A new 21 storey tower rising behind a retained heritgae façade containing 583 student beds, common areas and retail area at 599-605 Swanston Street. The articulation of detail across the facades aims to treat the building in the round with a responsive kit of parts that retain a considered impression from street and skyline. A fine bronze metallic blade pattern is distributed over a high-quality performance glass skin.
