FV No. 1 (Stage 2)

The FV No.1 project involved the design and construction of 267 residential units and 70 short-term accommodation (hotel style) units located in a single tower over 26 stories, with a two-storey basement car park. The site also includes an existing heritage retail building, which required the facades to be maintained.
